Turtle

A turtle is a reptile belonging to the order Testudines, known for its hard, protective shell that covers its body. Turtles can live on land, in freshwater, or in the ocean, depending on the species, and they use their shells as a defense by pulling their heads and limbs inside when threatened. They are generally slow-moving and have long lifespans, with some species living for many decades.
